Diagnose Deliver Transfer

SharePoint on-premises to Microsoft 365

Workplace and content migration for a large South African mining group operating across multiple shafts, plants and corporate sites.

ScaleMultiple shafts, plants and corporate sites
Timeframe9 months
HandoverMigration runbook and adoption training

Outcome: Migrated the estate to Microsoft 365 over nine months with no unplanned downtime, decommissioned the legacy on-premises farm, and cut content-platform running cost materially year on year.

Client need

An ageing on-premises SharePoint farm carrying a decade of operational, safety and engineering content, expensive to maintain, out of support, and unusable from the field. Records retention and site-level access control could not be compromised in the move.

Our response

A content audit and information-architecture redesign first, so only what mattered moved. Then a pilot shaft migrated end to end, a repeatable migration runbook built from what it taught us, and the remaining sites run in waves, with retention policy, permissions model and adoption training delivered alongside each wave rather than after go-live.

Deliver Transfer

Nineteen-market digital rollout

Self-service, delivery and payments taken live across 850+ locations for a pan-African quick-service restaurant group.

Scale19 markets, 850+ locations
Timeframe8 months, against a two-year estimate
HandoverIn-country capability handed over

Outcome: Delivered in eight months against a two-year estimate, with market onboarding reduced from quarters to weeks.

Client need

Roll out digital ordering and payment across nineteen markets, each with its own POS estate, aggregators, acquirers and regulators, without nineteen separate integrations.

Our response

One integration layer defined and defended against local exception requests, proven in a pilot market, then scaled in waves with BAU governance and in-country capability handed over as each market went live.

Delivery diagnostic on a stalled programme

Financial services. A programme reporting green for three quarters and shipping nothing.

ScaleFinancial services programme
Timeframe3 weeks
HandoverReplan accepted by the executive

Outcome: An evidenced replan accepted by the executive in three weeks, with scope cut to what the delivery capacity could actually carry.

Client need

An independent answer to why the programme was behind and what it would genuinely cost to land, not another status framework.

Our response

Process mining across the delivery toolchain, interviews at every level, and the unowned handoffs traced and named, then one sequenced plan the exec could decide on in a single sitting.

Records platform consolidation

National government

Outcome: One governed records platform replacing fragmented shared drives and site collections, with a retention model the department could evidence to audit.

DeliverTransfer

Compliance training platform

Financial services

Outcome: Compliance officers export board-ready CPD and completion evidence per organisation without a support request, and no learner record was migrated to get there.
