Vizre is a Johannesburg technology consultancy that leads complex technology programmes end to end. One senior team holds strategy, business and systems analysis, architecture and delivery, from the first diagnostic to handover.

How does an engagement with Vizre start?

Most start with a Delivery Diagnostic: two to three weeks, a fixed fee, and an evidenced answer on why a programme is behind, what it will cost to land and the sequence to get there.

Does Vizre run SharePoint to Microsoft 365 migrations?

Yes. We plan and run on-premises SharePoint to Microsoft 365 migrations, including content audit, information architecture, retention and permissions design, wave planning and adoption training.

How large are Vizre teams?

Diagnostic work runs with one or two senior consultants. Delivery runs with a core crew of three to six, with associates added per programme and released afterwards.

Where does Vizre work?

We are based in Johannesburg and work with clients across South Africa and the rest of Africa, on site and remotely.
