When to use it
- A programme reports progress but is not delivering outcomes.
- A rollout or migration is in trouble and the plan is no longer credible.
- A decision to continue, reset or stop needs evidence behind it.

What you receive
Who does the work. One or two senior consultants, with the engagement lead involved from the first interview to the readout.
The fee. Fixed and agreed before work starts. It depends on the size of the programme, the number of workstreams and the number of stakeholders involved.

We arrive without a solution and find where the work stalls, from real operational data, not from the status report.
Pilot, scale, optimise, in that order
Prove it in one market or one site, standardise hard, and only then tune. Most rollout failures are a scale step the pilot never earned.
